Strategic Advising : We have worked across industries with Global 1000 organizations providing short-term advising. This work often follows a teaching engagement; however, this type of support can also be independent of any executive development. Our goal is to offer an objective, third party view of the issues and to help executives identify gaps in information, biases, and potential barriers. Once we devise a plan, we work closely with key leaders to implement changes.
Applied Learning: Team and Project Facilitation – We have a tested methodology for working with project-based teams either as part of an executive development program or as independent project teams within the company. We provide just the right balance of guidance and push back to move teams forward while ensuring the experience is an impactful learning and development opportunity.
Diagnostic: ELS provides an in-depth analysis of your executive development needs by interviewing your executives and key personnel, and analyzing existing data. We compare this to your aspirational development goals and objectives to develop a learning plan to achieve these goals.
